Google Chrome 1.x and 2.x Broken in Windows 7 Beta x64

Google Chrome 1.0.154.43 and 2.0.156.1 do not work in Windows 7 Beta Build 7000 x64.
When installing Chrome you are greeted with this screen:
After installing and trying to view any webpage, Chrome displays the following:
