Usually by this time you know what kind of connectivity Issue you have. 1) I have an IP, ok, what can I ping. I can ping gateway but nothing external...(Router, DNS, or ISP Issue) 2) I don't have an IP, is the cable connected and router on? Is my NIC disabled? (NIC, Cable, Router, Switch) 3) I have IP, I can ping gateway and I can ping domains, could be Malware or Browser Hijack.....
